These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aluxurylimo.com and the transportation services provided by American Luxury Limousine ("we," "us," "our"). By using our site or booking a reservation, you agree to these Terms.

Reservations and bookings

All reservations are confirmed in writing by our reservations team. The terms of your specific booking — vehicle, route, time window, pickup details, and total — are set out in the written confirmation we send you. The confirmation supplements (and where it conflicts, supersedes) any general terms on this page.

Cancellation policy

Standard rentals can be cancelled with full refund up to 7 days before the booking date. Cancellations within 7 days of the booking are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Wedding bookings have separate terms documented in the wedding contract. See our FAQ for full details.

Pricing and payment

Quoted prices include the chauffeur, fuel, vehicle prep, ice, water, and basic decorations. Gratuity is separate (industry-standard 18-20%). Tolls outside your booked route, additional time beyond your booked hours, and any cleaning fees for damages are billed to the credit card on file. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Conduct on board

For the safety of all passengers and the chauffeur, we ask that:

  • All passengers remain seated when the vehicle is in motion
  • Alcohol is consumed only by adults 21 years or older
  • Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any vehicle
  • Illegal drugs are not permitted in any vehicle
  • Hands, heads, and objects remain inside the vehicle at all times
  • Reasonable instructions from the chauffeur are followed

Our chauffeurs reserve the right to end the rental early without refund for behavior that endangers passengers, property, or the vehicle.

Damage and cleaning fees

You are responsible for any damage caused by you or members of your party during the rental. Cleaning fees apply for excessive mess (vomit, spills requiring deep cleaning, etc.) and start at $300. Severe damage (broken interior elements, burns, etc.) is billed at repair cost.

Liability

We carry the commercial liability and passenger insurance required by California PUC. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any single incident is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control: severe weather, road closures, traffic incidents, civil unrest, government action, or similar events. In such cases we work in good faith to reschedule or refund.

Vehicle and route changes

Occasionally a specific vehicle becomes unavailable due to maintenance or earlier delays. In that case we substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle at no extra charge. If the substitute is not acceptable to you, we offer a full refund.

Use of the website

You may not:

  • Submit false information through our contact form
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or copy our content
  • Use the site or our services for unlawful purposes

Intellectual property

All content on aluxurylimo.com — text, images, logos, the "American Luxury Limousine" name, vehicle photographs — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or otherwise use this content without written permission, except for ordinary fair use (e.g., quoting briefly with attribution).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest of the Terms continue in full force.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our business or the law evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the contact page or in your reservation confirmation.
